Our unique expression is found in Cab Franc. As foodies we feel the Franc is the best food wine in Washington as the subtle and fragrant vegetal notes do not overpower most dishes. We love the ability of Cab Franc to pair well with diverse protein dishes yet hold enough acid to balance tomato-based sauces with ease. ($37)
